2. User Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or use this service with guardian consent. Using this service indicates that you have full civil capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and safeguarding login credentials;

• You are fully responsible for all activities and actions under your account;

• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please immediately notify us via GitHub Issues.
